General
Acrel ALP500 low-voltage protection measurement and control device (hereinafter referred to as low-voltage protection device) is suitable for low-voltage power distribution circuit with rated voltage to AC660V , integrating power monitoring, feeder protection, opening and closing control, communication networking, node temperature measurement, operation and maintenance management and other functions.
It has various protection functions such as inverse time overcurrent, three-stage overcurrent, overpower, zero sequence overcurrent, undervoltage, overvoltage, unbalance (voltage, current), neutral line overcurrent, and leakage current. Different communication modules can be selected to meet the needs of on-site communication.
The product adopts embedded installation and consists of a main body, a transformer and optional functional modules.
Function
1) Dynamically adjusts protection strategy based on cable heating characteristics to prevent overload burnout;
2) Zero-sequence/leakage current protection;
3) Accurately detects grounding faults to prevent electric shock and fire;
4) Temperature-linked protection;
5) Equipped with wired/wireless temperature measurement modules, it monitors busbar and node temperatures in real time, providing automatic over-temperature warnings;
6) Voltage/current imbalance protection;
7) Promptly detects three-phase imbalances to reduce equipment losses.
