Abstract: This remote prepaid management system uses smart remote prepaid meters (DTSY1352/DDSY1352 series) to collect the real-time power consumption and remaining power of each merchant, and realize the sale of electricity before the use of electricity by remote opening and closing control of smart remote prepaid meters. This system transmits information to background by bus communication, realize the charging, monitoring and management of the energy that merchants used by Acrel Cloud 3200, the remote prepaid energy management system.

1.Overview

The prepaid cloud platform system project of Jiangsu Lvyi Building is located at No. 2 Huangshan Road, Jianye District, Nanjing. The construction area of the project is 75,000 square meters. It belongs to the core area of the main urban area. There are many residential communities, supporting facilities are completeand the transportation is convenient, the Nanjing Metro Line 7which will open to traffic at the beginning of 2020, which will set a station nearby. The lower floors of the Lvyi Building are commercial and group housing, and the above is  hotel apartments. It is a modern building integrating commercial, office, and apartment housing.


There is a total of 353 prepaid power meters installed in this project. Acrel-3200 Cloud prepaid cloud platform can be better to complete the management of merchant electricity sales and power consumption. The operation is simple, and can implement the remote real-time operation and real-time monitoring of property companies. Also, it has a good man-machine interface, and can not only manage data effectively, but also made effective confidentiality measures for data security, improve the management level and solve the problem of difficulty in charging.


2.Design Basis

2.1 User needs
2.1.1 System function
1) Project hosting, no on-site installation

It can save a series of tasks such as configuring prepaid servers, installing databases, and SMS modems on the site of this project. And it can not only save a lot of hardware costs, but also reduce debugging and maintenance costs greatly.


2) Remote meter reading, remote sales of electricity and water

The meter reading information can be uploaded to the cloud platform in real time through the gateway, which is fast and convenient, eliminating the need for manual meter reading; centralized financial management, real-time distribution of electricity, and comparison of the number of recharges to prevent cheating; support for one electricity price per household, and one water price per household


3) Cloud deployment, group prepaid

System software upgrade maintenance no longer suffers from the troubles of customers' network environment, it can be unified deployment in the cloud, and it’s convenient and upgrades fast; customers do not need to install a client.


4) Amount warning

Reminder of insufficient amount, arrears, or recharge the meter to the account can be notified to merchants by message in time.


5) Remote control

It can perform a series of remote control, parameter setting and other operations such as remote switching or power protection on any electric meter, which is convenient for management.


6) System scale

The access meter is not limited by quantity or region, one account can manage multiple projects, and the system design capacity can reach 100,000 measurement points.


7) Energy consumption analysis

Both users and administrators can query the daily energy consumption status of the prepaid meter or the control meter; it can provide an integrated management report of energy consumption analysis + financial trajectory, including the energy consumption of the user table, financial data, energy consumption and the beginning and end of the financial period Value and other data.


8) Print function

Can print each user's energy consumption report and each user's expense list.


9) Unlimited access

The system will be accessible via PC browser, tablet, mobile APP and online payment unattended.


10) Rights management is more scientific

Accounts are linked to projects, and the financial data of each property environment is independent of each other; role settings are separated from account settings; group headquarters users can access multiple projects.


11) Unified third-party interface API

Provide a unified third-party API or SDK development interface, and third-party platforms can choose to access data or take over completely.

Provides remote automatic meter reading of substations, floors, and building total meters, as well as the functions of related energy consumption analysis reports.


13) Water meter prepayment system

Provides all water sales related functions similar to prepaid electricity meters, and automatically closes the valve when the prepaid water is used up, such as remote water sales, water consumption reports, remote switch valves, etc., and integrates an integrated system with the electricity meter.


14) Data Security

Public network transmission data adopts AES encryption algorithm, secret key distribution mechanism, etc. to ensure data security.


15) Student dormitory environment

Supports regular time on-off control, vicious load control, basic free power, fee control and strong control in the student dormitory environment.


2.1.2 Requirements for prepaid electric energy meters

1) Small size, convenient installation, box or cabinet installation can be adopted according to the specific number of users, and the performance should not change;

2) With anti-stealing function, it can accurately measure the electrical energy in both positive and negative directions, and accumulate in the same direction to prevent the phenomenon of electrical leakage;

3) When a user's electricity consumption exceeds the standard or is in arrears, the user can be controlled according to the manager's instructions;

4) The electric surface board can display the actual power consumption of each user, and the user can read directly on the electric meter;

5) Support computer remote network control;

6) The whole machine has low power consumption and long service life.

2.3 Design scope

According to the needs of customer and the actual situation of the project, the prepaid cloud platform system designed for this project consists of Acrel three-phase prepaid energy meter DTSY1352-NK, communication management machine ANet series gateway, and prepaid system management software.


The prepaid energy meter area installed in the project is now connected to the prepaid cloud platform system to realize functions such as remote meter reading, remote control of the meter, and remote electricity sales. On-site electricity meters are mainly distributed in the podium and tower floor power distribution rooms.


At present, 353pcs DYSY1352-NK prepaid electric energy meters are connected to the site.


Note: The third-party instrument must indicate the requirement to support the standard Modbus-RTU protocol, otherwise no access or additional charges will be provided.

ANet intelligent communication management machine series is an embedded hardware computer platform with multiple downlink communication interfaces and one or more uplink network interfaces. It serves as a bridge between the collection terminal and the platform system in the information collection system. It can be used according to different collections. The protocol collects and summarizes the data of equipment terminals such as water meters, gas meters, electricity meters, and microcomputer protection, and uses the corresponding protocols to forward the data of the field equipment to the platform system.


ANet intelligent communication management machine supports receiving commands issued by the upper-level master station system and forwarding them to the intelligent series units in the target area to complete the remote control of the switchgear in the plant station or the parameter setting of the device to realize remote control and remote control. Adjust function to achieve the goal of remote control output scheduling command.


As the communication interface device between the automation system network and the monitoring equipment, ANet intelligent communication management machine provides multiple functions such as protocol conversion, transparent forwarding, data encryption and compression, data conversion, and edge computing.


ANet intelligent communication management machine processes data collection and data forwarding in real-time and multitasking in parallel, and can send platform data through multiple links. 3.System function

3.1 System overview

Acrel Cloud-3200 prepaid cloud platform is an electricity sales management system newly developed by Acrel to match the DTSY-1352 three-phase e-book prepaid electric energy meter. It is an integrated system based on prepaid management software and centralized meter reading software, including computers, communication management machines, printers and other settings.


It mainly completes the parameter setting of electric energy meters, the management of electricity sales by merchants and the management of energy consumption. It is easy to operate. It implements remote real-time operation and real-time monitoring of enterprise groups and property companies. It has a good man-machine interface and can effectively count and manage data. Effective security measures have been taken for the security. Easy to install, it is an ideal product for power management departments, commercial plazas and real estate communities to improve the management of power and water use and solve the problem of difficult charging.


3.2 Main functions

3.2.1 Centralized meter reading service system

By default, the system performs a remote centralized meter reading for all meters in half an hour, and the time interval supports personalized configuration.



3.2.2   B/S Cloud Platform Power Sales System

The system includes five modules, namely login module, system configuration module, user (shop) management module, electricity sales management module, and report center module. The main functions are as follows:

1) Login management: manage operator accounts and authority assignments, view system logs and other functions;

2) System configuration: configure the building, communication management machine, instrument and default parameters;

3) User management: perform operations such as account opening, account cancellation, remote opening and closing, batch operation and record query for shop users;

4) Electricity sales management: remotely sell electricity, return electricity, reconcile, and record inquiries on the accounts that have been opened;

5) Water sales management: remotely sell water, return water, and record inquiries on the accounts that have been opened;

6) Report Center: Provides inquiries about electricity sales, water sales financial statements, energy use statements, alarm statements, etc. All statements and record inquiries in this system support export in excel format.

Log into the system to enter the project navigation interface, and users can have a global overview of the distribution of each project, the number of merchants, the total amount of electricity used, the collection of electricity bills, the total amount of electricity sold and other summary information.



User Management

User management mainly completes account opening, cancellation, batch operation of electricity/water meters, account opening/cancellation record query, and others for merchants.



User Account Opening

The system opens an account for a store, not only supports one household with one meter, but also supports the need for one household to have multiple meters, to meet the problem of transferring the amount of the old meter when the new meter is switched after the project is renovated; it supports peak and valley electricity prices, and supports one meter for one meter. Electricity price; the threshold of power overload can be set for the single meter, and the two-level threshold of the single meter amount alarm can also be set.



Batch remote operation

The status of account opening, alarm 1, alarm 2, arrears, loss of connection,and other conditionsare displayed in different colors; the types of commands for remotely controlling the meter include: electricity price issuance, setting issuance (issuing alarm amount threshold and overload power Threshold), power protection (mandatory meter closing), recovery prepayment (automatic tripping mode for arrears), switch-off (mandatory power off) and meter reading export (export the current state of all meters to EXCEL files), as shown in the figure below :

The system provides new electricity sales, charging, retiring, details and classification queries.



Water Sales Management

The system provides newly added water sales, recharging, retiring, detailed and classified query.



Report Center

This system provides various reports such as electricity sales, water sales, electricity sales, electricity statistics, management and control meters, real-time alarms, historical events, electrical parameters,and othersfor inquiries, to satisfy users looking for daily/monthly/yearly financial sales of electricity, water, charges,and the lost connection form/communication management machine query report.




System Configuration

This system configuration includes basic parameter settings for platform access of buildings, gateways, electricity meters, and water meters, and provides management of the roles and permissions of managers to prevent unauthorized access.



3.2.3 Document printing

When selling electricity, returning electricity, and opening an account, the system supports the function of printing three-part documents. The default document format is as follows (it can be freely customized after confirmation by the customer):



4.Conclusion

With the development of the economy and the improvement of people's material living standards, in order to meet people's daily shopping and eating needs, a large number of commercial complexes have emerged in various places. The electricity management of various shops and tenants in the commercial complex needs to be solved urgently. While the electricity consumption of commercial complexes continues to increase and the requirements for power supply quality continue to increase, there are also a large number of arrears in electricity bills, which greatly increases the operational risks of the commercial complex management party.


The prepaid energy management system uses bus communication, combined with the on-site multi-user meter (ADF400L) and the platform software system (Acrel-3200) to realize the payment before the electricity is used, which can avoid the problem of the shopping mall’s electricity bill advancement, thereby alleviating the financial pressure of commercial real estate operations has effectively strengthened and improved the operation and management methods.
